A hazed blonde ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, OK. In mouth, sweet fruity biscuit malt with cereals, resinous hops, light chalky notes, ok. On tap at L'autre oeil.

(355ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours very hazy orange gold with a small white head and lace. Aroma of creamy mango, pineapple, starfruit, tangerine peels, fruit candy, some orange flesh, some deeper wet forest Simcoe vibes and heady flowers, touch of brioche, really nice. Flavour is sweet creamy mango up front, pineapple milkshake, peaches and cream, mixed floral tropical fruit. Mid-sip some aromatic zesty grapefruit with deep floral vibes I can’t place but are quite intense and dry the beer out, a bit of deeper fresh pine Simcoe, not too dank really, nice yeast profile, low bitterness and the tiniest hint of pepper, really smooth. Medium-bodied, very soft carbonated. Super NEIPA! Really nice balance and hop profile, big concentration for 6.5% and no green onion horror.
