Bottle: Hazy, light amber to orangey coloured, medium sized creamy off-white head, sticking to the glass, lively carbonation; distinctive fruity nose (pears, citrus, bananas; sweetish fruity flavour, creamy mouthfeel, a faint tinge of bitterness; mild, citrusy finish with an illusion of tartness. A mild, pleasant brew, not really overwhelming........

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with longlasting big white foamy head, lacing. Fruity fresh hops in aroma along with lots of spices. Fresh hoppy flavour with hints of vanilla, malts and a bit fruitysweetness. Also has some yeasty hints.

Yellow with a good head. Hops and spices in the aroma. Refreshing flavour, somewhat sweet, very soft mouthfeel.

Hazy blond color; creamy head. Fresh aroma, malty and lightly hoppy. Classic taste, malty, lightly fruity, well balanced, refreshing.

(Bottle 25 cl) Amber coloured with a decent head. Slightly hazy with a yeasty nose. Very refreshing and quenching citrusy tartness with a bitter finish. 070398

2004 or 2005 bottle at Mondial, 6/5/05. Lightly hazy, blonde-golden body, with some light, pale brass tones and a moderate amount of white head, rapidly dissipating to cover, with little to no lacing. Aroma of sweet honey and dough, soft field scents, pollen, light hay, wildflowers and some dusty yeast. Flavor begins with a chewy yeast backed by honey and a strong dose of vanilla. Lightly flavorful are the saaz-like hops that come next, imparting a bit of light floweriness and a slight hint of bitterness. As it warms, picks up some more malt sweetness, a touch of coriander and dry cornbread biscuits. Finishes with white pepper, light yeast and vanilla. Pleasing, bottle-conditioned mouthfeel has large bubbles, which is quite quenching. Medium body. No hints of alcohol, maybe a hint of peach and apricot esters here and there. Needs some funk, and more hop flavor.

Hazy yellow-golden, decent creamy white head. Aroma is fruity-malty, with honey and yeast. Crisp carbonated mouthfeel. Fruity - slightly citrusy - and yeasty flavor. Finish is banana sweet, sugary. Finishes quite quikly, leaves slightly sweet, dry and oily aftertaste. Refreshing summer drink but a bit too thin.

Bronze, slightly hazy colour. Big head that dissipates rather fast leaving a beautiful lacework. Yeasty aroma with lots of citrus. Spicy, fruity flavour with more citrus. Refreshing.

Bottle: Poured an yellow color beer with a huge head with super great retention (head even stick to side of glass after each sip). Aroma is malty with some sweetness and some yeast in the background. Taste is very refreshing with some good malt surrounded by a light spice mix and some yeast in the finish. Would probably have enjoyed it even more if there had been more spices in the mix – it king of ends up being a light saison. Still very refreshing and enjoyable though.

Hazy gold ale with a white creamy head. Aroma of coriander and malt. Rather fizzy mouthfeel, with fresh malt, yeast, some spice notes, maybe banana. Lighter bodied than expected.
