DDH Oat Cream IPA

On tap at BPBW 2025. Murky yellow coloured, medium sized white head, grapefruity and mild citrusy nose. Grapefruity, citrusy, light oaty and touch of pineapple with dry bitterish finish.

Tap at BPBW 2025. Hazy full yellow body, off-whtie head. Creamy, oaty, citric aroma, light lychee, fine. Citric taste, full, heading towards a herbal bitter finish. for an Oat Cream IPA, it wasn't overdone, but quite well balanced. Props!

(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours very hazy dull orange-gold with a decent white head and a little lace. Notes of sweet tangerine and some navel orange, mango and peach sweetness, leafy dank Simcoe with a touch of pine, light grapefruit and orange zest bitterness, lactose is rather soft and the malt body moderate. Finish is fairly dry and lightly bitter, grapefruit zest and dank leafy forest-like Simcoe dominating. Medium-bodied, average carbonation, nice fluffy oat feeling to the beer. Another nice entry in this series where the lactose is kept discreet.
