Taster at Saint-Houblon, Quartier Latin, Montreal. Cloudy, straw colored. AROMA- citrusy, apple, pear, spices, meadow herbs. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, slightly sour, slightly bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Really not hefeweizen but not bad wheat ale.
