Bottled 330ml. -from Bier Imperium, Vienna. Dark golden coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, quite strong cardboard nose. Sweet malty, alcohol and cardboard with faint fruity notes. Alcoholic finish. One-dimensional and not so good bock. Bad batch or very overrated beer.

Clear, foxy-amber beer with very even, dense, medium head, not very long-lived. Very malty nose, true maltbomb; bit of overripe banana, honeyish. More malt in the taste, with lots of caramel, but fantastically relieved by the best noble GE hops. Excellent balance, but unfortunately, the sweetness keeps hanging in the aftertaste, tipping the balance after a few sips, and making the palate rather sticky. Medium bodied. Pleasant surprise - years since I encountered it last, and much better than remembered.

Thin lacy head. Dark golden colour. It’s quite crisp and dry at first, it becomes more bitter and a little sweet in the finish. In general this May/Spring bock benefits from it’s good balance of Pilsener charachteristics.

Bottle. Pours copper. White head. Nice clean maltiness in aroma. Notes of camel sweetness and alcohol in taste. This beer has got a rich malt profile. Well balanced and kind of smooth.
