En hommage à la créativité éclatée d’une certaine époque musicale, cette version de la Strawberry Fields l’est tout autant. Le style de la Berliner Weisse se marie parfaitement avec le goût acidulé des fraises fraîches du Québec dont l’arôme intense de ce fruit rouge nous transporte, en fermant les yeux, directement au beau milieu d’un champ de fraises au grand soleil !

A hazed amber ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet grassy malt with light strawberry notes, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, sweet yet light strawberry juice, with light cloves, light herbaceous character, almost infected. On tap at Festibière de Laval 2017.

Bottle from my dear brother: pours a reddish tinted pale and a bubbly head. Aroma is light strawberry and lacto... not overwhelming in the sour ale aromas. Taste is lightly sour with nonsweet strawberry taste. Pretty good.

Enfin une bière aux fraises qui ne goûte pas artificielle!!! Je cherchais la Berliner mais j’ai trouvé la bière très bonne. Juste un brin surette, sans le côté chimique qu’apporte normalement la fraise. Bon travail!
