On tap at the brewery on 02/28/2009. Dark black body with ruby highlights and a medium creamy light brown head. Big smoke aroma with light chocolate hints. Big smoke and roast flavor with some chocolate. Medium full body with moderate carbonation.

750 ml bottle. Pours black with a dark tan head. Smoky aroma. It has a porter like sweetness. At first it was insipidly but when given time it developed to an interesting and complex acquaintance.

Bottle. Black with beige head. Aroma is all about smoke, like a smoked sausage. The flavor is really great! Smoke at first, the some roasted tones like really dark chocolate etc, and some nice nice licorice in finish.
