On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, pours a hazy pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma has plenty of spicy Belgian yeast and a touch of rustic notes. Flavour is quite spicy from the Belgian yeast, with rustic notes and dry hay. Spicy, dry, and highly drinkable. Excellent.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fonteinas. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Floral, dry Belgian yeast on the nose. Flavour has floral yeast, cracker malts. Fairly mild carbonation. Very good, great yeast expression.

(Draught at Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 18 Oct 2024) Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of peaches, citrus and grass. Fruity taste with white bread, citrus, pineapple, grass, dried fruit, herbs and a generous citric/grassy bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.
Puuviljane, mõru, tsitrus, kuiv, greip. Ok.

Poured from the tap. Clear-ish gold with small white head. Sweet floral hops, light Belgian yeast, feint spices. A bit too sweet perfumey.

Tap at Moeder Lambic. Wow. Great stuff. Soapy, lemon, light graininess, touch of cream. Reminds me of xx bitter. Maybe get a touch of the strength later on but surprisingly easy drinking. Bitter and citrusy.
