German-style beer traditionally brewed in the Cologne region. This particular ale type beer is fermented at a low temperature with a typical yeast, which provides it with its delicate character. Its light, dry bitterness and subtle hints of Pilsner malt make this a truly refreshing beer.

500ml bottle that pours a fairly clean, light golden colour with a frothy white cap, decent retention leaving some spots of foamy lacing. Big cereal, grain aromas with hints of hops. Malty flavours with the graininess and some slightly stronger hops here. Makes the beer on the dry side. Not a bad Kölsch all-around.
