Mahognifarget klar med høyt beige skum som ligger bra. Lukter pepper, noe anis, toast og kandissukker. Søt maltig smak, kandis, brent karamell med en lett kort bitter avslutning.

Can from IKEA rated from notes. As a winter beer the lack of spicing was a bit disappointing but as a Vienna Lager it was alright, plus the price was cheap.

50cl can from Systembolaget, Strömstad. Pours clear copper coloured with an off-white head. Malty and caramelly aroma with hints of dark dried fruits, roasted malt and herbs. Fairly sweet with modest malty flavours and a quite mild bitterness. Fairly standard, too sweet and too boring.

Can, 0.50l. Clear pale amber color with large frothy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of cereals, bread, toffee and dark fruits. Taste starts with moderate sweet caramel malt, follows by bready and sour fruity notes, while finish is mild bitter. Light to medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Pretty average julbrygd...

Sample at a tasting at Systembolaget in October 2012. Clear dark amber with a sligtly tan head. Rather sweet with notes of toffee, roasted malt and bread. The finish was dry. Drinkable but boring. No spices in this one.
