Our Citra and Galaxy heavy handed IPA, after a brief hiatus, makes its return to cans.

A staff favorite hop combination, there's just something about the way these two interact that flat out plays. Impressions of dried pineapple, citrus pith, soft peach, and floral coconut cream tie the whole room together here.

On tap at Union Market's Red Apron, pours a hazy yellow, wispy white head.  Nose has papaya, lychee, orange.  Flavor has honey and flowers and the fruit.  Creamy, easy finish.  8 4 8 5 14

Mango, orange husk and light green onion. Pours murky yellow with ok head and lacing. Some caramel. Easy drinking. Tap at Red Apron.

Crowler thanks to Andrew. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with medium spotty white head. The aroma is strong pineapple, melon, mango, floral. Slick body, juicy, tropical fruit, pine, light bitterness, very good.
