Wouldn’t be Funk on The Water without Ripple.

Ripple is a 10% Triple IPA we brew once a year in celebration of FOTW. This year, all proceeds from Ripple will go to @echo_vt in an effort to raise awareness and funds for clean water initiatives in Lake Champlain. Ripple is brewed with oats, wheat, and pilsner malt, and its dry-hopped with one of our all time favorites, Citra. A tidal wave of a beer, Ripple opens up with notes of citrus and tangerine, followed by flavors of peach, and a creamy mouthfeel.

The art on the Ripple cans is by our friend @peteboardmanart, a Vermont based artist and art educator. With Inspiration from flowing rivers, swaying trees and all things nature, Pete’s work is the perfect fit for this beer. Thanks again, Pete!

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: pale orange haziness with a two and a half fingers of white frothiness which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: mixed citrusy hop notes up front with some pineapple and a touch of grapefruit hop tones; clean biscuity malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine hoppy bittersweet to sweet semi-juiciness; finishes leaning towards the mixed citrusy toned bittersweet character
Texture: medium bodied, great sipper; some smoothness with a touch of creaminess in there
Overall: pretty nicely done NEDIPA worth coming back to.

16 can from Paragon, 8/21/25. Pours a fully hazy lighter orange color with an off white head and moderate-plus lacework. Fruity and boozy. Plenty of flavor. Fun beer more than it is a really good beer.
