Bottle. dark brown color. Beechwood and smoked cheese in the aroma. Malty sweetish flavor with caramel, milk chocolate and beechwood. The smoke is well, maybe too well, integrated in the beer and is absolutely not aggressive. Pipe tobacco in the aftertaste.

On tap at PINT BBF ’11. Clear amber brown colour, off white head. Aroma of strong smoke at first, bacon, sweet malts, caramel. Flavour is sweet, light smoke, light salty, malty, light spicy, light bitter finish. Rather sweet, but tasty smoked bock. Light to medium bodied.

Bottle 330ml. @ home on the terrace.Clear dark amber colour with many tiny body particles, a huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, chocolate, strawberry, fruity, pale raisin - plum. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, milk chocolate, strawberry, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily and sticky, carbonation is soft. 33cl bottle from ABCBeers. A little toffee taste. Smokey flavour is apparent without being overpowering. A nice beer
