Earlier versions with 6.0%

Bottle with much thanks to Hajo! 7% 😩 Murky brownish amber with greyish head. Sweet brown malts, juniper, juniper berry fruity, alcoholic, sandy, bready caramel, hints of band aids, yeasty. Sweet and bitter, strong booze kick. Soft cocoa and nutty edges. Medium body and low carbonation. Like a homebrew trappist-like experiment. --- Beer merged from original tick of Schapenkopje Amber on 22 Aug 2019 at 23:23 - Score: 6

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus. Murky amber color, small white to off-white head. Aroma is weird, a bit chocolate and malts. Taste malts, a bit bitter, again a slight hint chocolate, some sweetness. Again, I can’t say I dislike it. It looks quite awful but it’s certainly drinkable.
