Wir gehen zum Lagern in den Keller. Was dabei heraus kommt? Der herzhaft würzige Geschmack, den man sich von einem naturbelassenen Vollbier erhofft. Einfach urig. Ursprünglich war das Kellerbier - auch als Zwickelbier bekannt - nur die Kostprobe, die der Braumeister über den „Zwickelhahn“ vor der Filtration entnahm. So wurden die Qualität und der Geschmack des Gerstensaftes überprüft. Heute ist es eine beliebte Spezialität von OETTINGER. NEU: Jetzt auch in der kultigen Steinie-Flasche! NULL ÖDE. 100% Schaumbart.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Orange colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. MOderate bitter flavor. Dry. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Rusty orange colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have light malts and cereals. Nice texture. Smooth and easy to drink.

Bottle. Hazy golden yellow color, fluffy white head with good retention. Aroma of dusty black pepper. Taste is light raw bread, subtle lemony straw. Easy drinking.

Trübes orangegelbes Bier mit einer ordentlichen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch fruchtig malzig, floral hopfig, leicht trocken. Geschmack malzig, nussig, leicht hopfig, ok!

Hazy amber. Caramel, malty, lightly toasted, some floral and herbal hops/bitterness. Medium to light bodied. Great value, but nothing amazing.

Bottled (thanks Kim!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some grass and mild herbal notes. Flavour is toffee, some floral hops and mild cellary notes. A quite easy Kellerbier.

Wässrig malziger Antrunk. Die malzigen Noten werden zwar intensiver, das Bier bleibt aber wässrig. Leichte Karamellnoten. Karamellig süßes und erneut wässriger Nachgeschmack. 8/8/8/7/9/8

Bottle. Cloudy orange, golden head. Neutral yeasty aroma. Fruity yeasty base, light grassy. Medium to light body. Quick finish, light pear and pineapple aftertaste. Unoffensive.
