Wir gehen zum Lagern in den Keller. Was dabei heraus kommt?

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, orangey amber with a smallish, off-white head. Grainy, rustic malt aroma. Medium body, sweet, grainy and somewhat biscuity malts with a rather simple, bitter hop extract finish. 191125

Da fehlt dann doch noch was.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, amber colour with average to huge, thick, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Bready malty, slightly fruity and minimally spicy yeasty, hints of pear, apricot, grey bread and caraway, a touch of coffee grounds; ephemeral fruitiness. Taste is sweet-ish, doughy yeasty and fruity, slightly bready malty, minimally yeasty spicy, hints of grey bread, a touch of apricot, pear, caraway, a touch of coffee grounds again. Not that bad...

0,5 l bottle. Unclear amber with a mighty more than two finger foamy head. Not bad so far. Smells malty caramel with some apple. But on a very low level. Taste? Meh. Flat thin malty, cramell, musty cardboard. No.

Sampled in a blind tasting. Pours clear blonde, with an orange/golden glow . Small to decent white head, medium-low stability. rather creamy. Smell is intense, white bread, very full.mild grassy hops. raw barley.  Taste is full, tad bitter, very malty, bready, breadcrust, raw malts, very nice. hoppyness gives it some grassy notes. English-style yeast. Ends a tad dry, with a bit of lingering sweetness. Lower carbonation. medium mouthfeel. Very nice. I had mistaken it for an ESB, even. Lovely beer.

Sampled from 0.5 l bottle from local 'toom', best before March 2018. Clear, slightly reddish amber with thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty and a little grassy aroma of caramel, grains and hints of straw. Quite sweet, malty, a little grassy taste of grains, caramel, some nuts and a touch of straw, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!
