Bottle [from Euro Swap 2019-2 thanks to Erzengel] at home. Clear amber color, off-white head that diminishes quickly. Aroma is malts, lightly a note of grapepeel. Taste malts, slightly tart, distant caramelisation it seems. Decent body, a bit fizzy carbonation. Mwah. 6-3-6-3-10.

0,33 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! A unclear dark copper in the glass, small pale beige head. Malty smell with some caramell. Taste is malty, smooth, some hop in the second row. Low but present bittereness. Okay.

Thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks very simple, but good. Label says only "Wadgasser Klosterbräu". Gusher! Beer in the glass copper coloured, small head. Starts mild, malty, spicy, light hints of caramel. Some shy hoppy notes in the background. Not bad!

Gelungen. 8/10/11/11/12/11

Bottle thanks to Erzengel. Clear reddish brown with short lasting off white head. Light dried fruits (plums, apple), caramel, toffee. Light spicy like sweet cinnamon buns or banana bread. Towards the finish there’s a more herbal touch, but very light. Taste is medium sweet with a dry, slight metallic light bitter finish. Medium bodied. Nice stuff, but the finish is a bit too harsh maybe,

Vielen Dank an Erzengel! Geschmack kräftig malzig, nussig, Karamell, leicht hopfig, fruchtig.

Fruity-malty nose. Fresh, malty-smooth. Lots of red fruit, very smooth fruity malt, plums, cherries, nice smooth yeasty body. Great drinkable, long fruity-malty aftertaste, dark fruit, not too sticky but a great and smooth beer.

Bottle( kindly excavated by McTapps!):Hazy, copper coloured, visible carbonation, medium-sized and quite stable loose off-white head, sweetish nutty and caramelly nose, backed by some aromatic hops; medium bodied, moderate sweet-bitter flavour; even more hops detectable in the nutty-sweet and bitter finish. Very nice surprise…

Bottle, pours a dark amber colour. Light aroma of caramel malts and hops. Flavour is a nice balance of hops and malts, with a light grain undertone.
