Fast gone white head over fully hazy, pineapplejuice-like beer. Felt, bit of asafoetida, citrus/peel, lime, grapefruit; quite fruity nose. Even more fruity taste, all the above plus sweet apple, strawberry, guave... Very faint hints at wild yeast? Quite well-carbonated, spritzy, hopoil slick, medium bodied at best. Nice & interesting! A hazed yellow ipa with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous hops, light mineral notes, light citrus. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light citrus pulp, resinous and piney. Can from Eric.
