Bottle. Clear golden with fluffy white head. Light biscuits and grains, dried apricot, very soft taste and feel with velvety orange notes and light herbs. Subtle fruity hops go into a light long lasting bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Very nice Pilsner actually, better than most of the more experimental Perles.

A golden pils with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at La Fine Mousse.

Bottle, 5.4%. Ashtray aroma. Clear golden colour. Good stable chalk white head. The flavour is nicely malty with a good clean bitterness. Sweetish and very clean.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with stable white head. Clear aroma of hops, with notes of yeast and citrus. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with citric and estery notes and touches of needles. Bitterish finish. Really nice, although it reminds me more of an IPA than a Pilsener.

Bottled at La Fine Mousse, Paris. Hazy golden, small head. Herbal hop aroma. Mid dry with evident crystal malt character and clean mouthfeel. Spicy hops lead to a quite bitter finish. Modern style lager, with primitive malt and plenty of hops.

Small white head, fed by lively carbonated, darker metallic yellow-golden beer. Toasted and pilsner malts; but generally very demure nose. Rather harsh-bitter rounded, quite malty taste. Sweetness remains hidden, however lurking beneath. Herbal, weed-like bitterness - I fear indifferent bittering hops, as Strisselspalt. Touch of pineapple flavour. Very spritzy, even fizzy, light to medium bodied, bit slick. Average bottom-fermenting beer. Many thanks to Stef!

(bottle, 33cl, as Artzner Perle, with thanks to Quack-Duck) Clear, golden colour with a short foamy white head. Sweet and butter, slightly bready malty aroma with a tinge of hops in the background. Mildly sweet and bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a calm and well-matured carbonation. Buttery malty taste, almost with Bohemian character; medium-dry buttery malty and slightly herbal and woody hoppy finish with a good length. Superb and a nice surprise. 20.X.10

Has an okay head and a medium gold body. Aroma is dry and sour hops, slight grains. Taste is smooth and dry, a few bread notes and a soft hoppy finish. Not bad for a pils.
