Dans la symphonie des eaux et des vents. Cette bière de froissements d'ailes a été brassée à la gloire de l'été. Cette IPA session se distingue par son profil citronné et résineux. Faible en alcool, son amertume contrôlée la rend facile à déguster.
Malts: Québec pâle Caux-Laflamme et Blé malté Caux-Laflamme.
Houblons: Simcoe, Centennial et Cascade.

Can, slightly hazy, lightly-golden coloured with a huge white cap, kind of creamy, somewhat frothy, lasting quite long with thick foamy-creamy lacing. Decent grassy hop nose with hints of cilantro. The taste has the same hoppy flavours. Quite dry of a mouthfeel. Probably their best beer so far I have tried. Very well-brewed for a Session IPA.
