A blend of 7 grains, 3 hop strains and a late infusion of elderflower: This aromatic IPA was named by Scott's daughter. It pours a deep gold with aroma's of elderflower and citrus hops, followed by sweet caramel. On the tongue the biscuity malts are perfectly balanced with the bitterness of the hops, with a lingering floral elderflower aftertaste.

Γ…rhus2008. 50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Light hoppy towards fruity aroma. Initially with a light peachy to grapefruity flavour. Goes into a dry and fruity finish with a solid hops base and a mild malt flavour.

Bottle from Tesco. Pale gold colour with a decent white head and moderate carbonation. Enticing aroma of citrus, pine and floral hops. Full mouth feel with sweet malt followed by lemon hops and a long bitter finish. Excellent.

Bottle from Tesco, 13-12-07 Aroma is quite floral and a bit fruity. Taste follows the sames vein as the aroma save for an unusual soapy quality about it, quite unusual and it remains throughout don’t get me wrong I rather enjoed this beer but there was always a slight soapiness lingering in the background.
