A blend of 7 grains, 3 hop strains and a late infusion of elderflower: This aromatic IPA was named by Scott's daughter. It pours a deep gold with aroma's of elderflower and citrus hops, followed by sweet caramel. On the tongue the biscuity malts are perfectly balanced with the bitterness of the hops, with a lingering floral elderflower aftertaste.

Gott!

Bottle from Tesco Danestone, Aberdeen. It pours golden yellow with a very thin, bubbly off-white head. The nose is floral, orange, red apple and red grape. The taste is floral, zesty lemon, orange, cereal, bread, hay, straw and metal, with a light bitter finish. Light to medium body and moderate carbonation.

500ml bottle. Pours gold with a medium frothy head. Aroma is nutty and yeasty, very Belgian-esque. Elderflowers underneath. Taste has elderflowers to start. More on the yeasty, bitter finish, with a very floral aftertaste.

Leicht hopfig, passend. 6/9/9/8//9

Small white head. Yellow body with light carbonation. Grainy biscuity floral aroma with citric rubbery notes. Dry-sweetish floral citric herbal taste with grassy notes. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Mid-bodied. Dry floral lemony mealy aftertaste with metallic notes. Nice, but slightly harsh and could use more depth and character. (0.5l bottle, Systembolaget, Charlottenberg.)
