A blend of 7 grains, 3 hop strains and a late infusion of elderflower: This aromatic IPA was named by Scott's daughter. It pours a deep gold with aroma's of elderflower and citrus hops, followed by sweet caramel. On the tongue the biscuity malts are perfectly balanced with the bitterness of the hops, with a lingering floral elderflower aftertaste.

Pours a clear brass colour with a foamy head. Citrus aroma. Flavour is a little bit of caramel and loads of citrus peel. Very refreshing:, probably a perfect summer beer.

Bottle. Slightly hazy with a small white head. Fresh aroma of citrus, hay, elderberry. Mild and easy to drink, a typical thirst quencher. I began to think of summer when I drank the beer.

Bottled at Queens Head, Stockholm. Evident fresh grapefruit aroma. Medium bodied with chewy mouthfeel. Rather sweet with sugared crackers hidden under a thick blanket of grapefruity hops. Medium bitterness.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour with a foamy white head that leaves some slight lace. Aroma is bready and caramelly malts along with quite big fruity and floral hoppyness. Flavour is much the same along with some mild notes of honey as well as grass and wood in the finish. Pleasant sessionESB.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Moderately sweet malty, slightly bready aroma with distinctively floral (elderflowers) notes, citrus and a tinge of hops. Light to moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Dry pale malty taste with zesty and floral notes and fruity, slightly woody hops; dry, moderately bitter and noble hoppy finish. Good one. 22.XI.09

22nd June 2008. Made with elderflower and lemon. These two indgredients are clearly present with a little malt. Refreshing, bit of a palate cleanser.
