Une bonne bière noire d’humeur changeante. Des fois veloutée aves des goûts de cassonade et de réglisse noire. Des fois sèche, amère et rafraîchissante. Les notes de café, de céréales et de chocolat te donne l’équivalent d’un bon p’tit dej.

A dark stout with a thin dark lacing brown head. In aroma, sweet chocolate with light vanilla notes, dark fruits, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet chocolate with powdery character, grassy hops, light metallic notes, still, very nice. On tap at brewery.
