Bière 75 cl achetée au drive d'Intermarché. Robe brune façon coca cola. Bouche sucrée, artificielle, on dirait une blonde fade dans laquelle on aurait rajouté du caramel. Vraiment pas terrible. (M)

Bottled@AIH66 Beer Session (from Saveur Biere). Copper colour, small off-white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some alcohol and mild grainy notes. Flavour is ripe fruits, some toffee, mild wood and some grainy notes. Easy going and quite bulky feel to it. A bit too sweet.

Bottled 330ml (Saveur)
Dark ruby brown color, not much head. Very sweet caramelly aroma with hints of dates. Medium-bodied. Caramel, some alcohol, plummy notes. Simple sweet brew, lacks more compilicated dubbel yeast character.

*Kräuterig dunkel, ein Huch von Frucht. Malz, süffig, nicht zu tief aber dennoch nett. Kaum Herbe.

33 cl. bottle @ the bungalow in Vencimont, bought @ Intermarche, Givet. Clear dark brown with a beige head. Caramel aroma with some coffee tones. Low carbonation and a light bitterness. A bit boring.

Wenig süßer, etwas dumpfer Antrunk. Später leicht schokoladig, weich, wässriges Malz. Minimal röstiger Nachgeschmack. Insgesamt leider langweilig. 9/7/8/7/8/7

Pours a mid-brown colour. Sweet malt, caramel and little fruit with a spicy finish.

Bottle. Looks exactly like cola including fizzy head that disappears immediately. Caramel, brown sugar, light red fruits and a nice hoppy finish. Mainly sweet though. Slight watery feel. Drinkable but nowhere near a good dubbel.

0,33L bottle (as a gift), BB 05.06.15. Pours brown with tan head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is very sweet, malt, burnt sugar, metallic notes. Flavor is very sweet, malt, caramel, burnt sugar. Alcohol is hidden behind the sweetness. Overall: not awful, but it’s just more sugar water than beer.
