By definition, an India pale ale is hoppier and higher in alcohol than its little brother, pale ale—and we deliver in spades. One of the most well-respected and best-selling IPAs in the country, this golden beauty explodes with tropical, citrusy, piney hop flavors and aromas, all perfectly balanced by a subtle malt character. This crisp, extra hoppy brew is hugely refreshing on a hot day, but will always deliver no matter when you choose to drink it.

Pivo v plechovce: Deep golden with an orangey sheen, hazy to cloudy, lacy white foam; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flowery to piney nose, sweet pale mal and some cookies detectable in the background; solid - but not too dry - bitter-sweet flavour, medium to full bodied, very soft; lingering dry bitter piney finish with - as expected - hops stickin’ to the palate and still a good dash of sweet malt. Even though I’m already fed up with all the "craft-beer hop bombs", I’ve to admit that this is a well made , well balanced example of astonishing drinkability...

I used to travel miles for this beer with Angelo...it's amazing what's changed in seven years.

Can 330ml (BB 12.06.2017). Clear, golden colour. White-grey, large, long lasting with good lacing head. Aroma is fresh with intense resin notes. I can say there is only a lot of pine in the aroma and that’s great. Medium to high, resin biterness but short lasting with a bit astringent finish. Light body, full hoppy, refreshing, really drinkable. I’m hoppy drinking this IPA.

Can from Beer52. Golden amber with an off-white head. Tropical fruit and pine aroma. Taste of lemon, grapefruit and pine. It’s fresh and crisp and it’s a pretty decent IPA. But there’s no wow factor, and for me it doesn’t live up to its formidable reputation.
