It's no Boon, but it's still decent.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at the M&S in Paddington, I think, coincidentally enough. Pours a luscious, deep pink-purple with a creamy white head. Lots of cherry juice in the aroma, and little else. Medium sweet flavor, with lots of liquefied cherry Jolly Ranchers, a little tartness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes sweet with just a vague hint of cherry skin bitterness, lots more sugary cherry candy, concentrated cherry juice. This is pretty much just cherry soda. I do enjoy it, though, and hate myself a little bit for that.

33 cl bottle. Pours red with a fully gone head. Aroma is cherry, almondish. Citric, smooth almondish and sweet to citric cherry. Candy. Sweet finish.

330ml bottle from M&S at the Gyle, Edinburgh. Pours like beetroot juice, cloudy pink-purple, pink frothy head. Big sour cherry aromas, light sherbet note. Taste is light black-cherry-yoghurt sour, than a massive chalky sweet kick. Not bad body for the strength.

330ml bottle from M&S - Pink to Purple body, frothy pink head, loads of carbonation. Nose has the cherry in abundance, a bit plastic mind you. Taste is sour cherries, but nothing much else. All a bit confectionery for me, nice enough, but missing something.

330ml bottle from M&S. Colour is pinky purple, with a dirty pink head. Aroma has cherry, and so does the taste, and itโ€™s not a fake metalic cherry. Really nice.

Dark red with pink head. Taste of candy, sugar, cherry lemonade. Very sweet. Medium bodied, sticky and slightly creamy. Not bad if it was a lemonade or dissolved candy.

33cl Bottle from M&S Aโ€™dam. Clear dark ruby colour, light-pink head. Aroma is sweet, cherries, marzipan, forest fruits, Hubba-Bubba bubblegum. Flavour is likewise, with some wheat character, not as sweet as expected though. Light-bodied. OK for what it is.

Bottle at home, from M&S Cardinal Place, 13/01/14. Opaque cherry red with a thin crimson head that clears to edgeing and spotting. Nose is cherry drops, sugars, sweet berry fruit juices. Taste comprises sweet cherry syrup, sugars. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, sweet closure. Overly sweet, cherries for sure, just couldnโ€™t drink more than a few sips and having rated it the remainder went down the drain - not bad per say just too sweet and lacking any other qualities.
