For this brew, Anne & Jacques wanted to play, they gave us the new Alsatian hops Aramis in support of the traditional Strisselspalt and Hallertau. Added to this is very long aging, triple fermentation, and a massive dose of four different barley malts.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with a white head. Very spicy, fruity nose. Medium body, a little caramel and then again this rather sophisticated spicyness that also has a honey note. Ends dryish. Very nice actually. 300514

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is herbal, toasted malty and light breadish. Sweet, caramelish and light fruity. Lingering sweet and malty. Mild bitter finish.
