Shared 12 oz. bottle. Clear pale gold, small white head. Aroma of honey, clove, fruits. Taste is banana, honey, clove, fruits, spice, Belgian yeast, lots of florals.

Premièrement, je dois avouer que ce petit goût de levure, banane miel et poivre est totalement dans mes cordes. En second, la limpidité du breuvage et l’absence de lie me laissent songeur en ce qui a trait à la refermentation en bouteille annoncée sur l’étiquette... C’est une bien bonne bière qui, comme toutes les autres de ce brasseur, est bien trop chère.

Bottle: Poured a pale clear golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of residual candi sugar with fruity undertones and light herbal notes is quite enticing. Taste is a superb mix of herbal notes with some residual candi sugar notes and light spicy yeast undertones with candy-like notes also noticeable. Body is light with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol notes. Super well brewed Tripel and I would argue one beer they should bring into their regular portfolio.
