Pours a golden colour with a warm frothy cap, good retention and lots of foamy lace. Fruity malt aromas with hints of honey, spices and bananas. The taste is on the sweet side with the fruity malts and Belgian Ale yeast. Some hops do help drying the finish with light grass lingering. Still, just a tad too rich in the mouth for my liking. Says unfiltered, but seems pretty clean all the way.

Cette bière est bien claire et son effervescence moyenne. Au nez, on dirait une Saison avec un petit peu de gomme balloune et du poivre. Je goûte le miel, les levures et les fleurs. Ce n’est pas mon style de prédilection mais c’est vraiment bien fait.
