Cask at NBF Delft. Hazy dark brown with a few bubbles. Lots of strong red wine, cognac, vanilla, toffee, brown sugar, sweet malts, rubbing alcohol, toast and roasted malts. Also quite some fruits with dried berries and orange. Medium sweet with roasted bitter finish. Full bodied, no carbonation, slick feel

From cask at NBF Winter Delft 2015. Very dark, brownish red to black without head. Sweetish-malty, fruity aroma of raisins, prunes, brown sugar and molasses. Sweet, fruity-malty taste of raisins, dates, treacle, caramel and molasses, followed by a long, warming and boozy finish. Medium to full body, oily mouthfeel, flat. Good!
