Cask. Deep dark stout with a thick dark brown head. A pleasant and smooth aroma of cherry blossoms, bourbon barrel, sweet vanilla beans. In mouth, a smooth bitter chocolate with light vanilla beans, wooden notes, licorice, all smooth and restrained. Éloi, thanks again for another great offering! On tap at brewpub, Dec. 18 2010.
