Bottle. Golden color. Ginger, white pepper and grapefruit in the aroma. Slightly herbal sharp hopbitter flavor. Thinnish. White pepper. Grapefruit, lemon. Ginger. Long aftertaste. Good beer.

Bottle at home half a year pas best before date, tha ks to not so nice online store. Slight hazy golden with nice white head. Grapefruit, chewing gum indeed, quite spicy with light curry and white pepper, funk with light tropical fruits and some lemon. A very Orval like Brett character here. Light caramel and dough underneath. Light sweet and sour with spicy bitter finish. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Hmmm, this is what I like from Oersoep, funky and fruity saison.

Goudgeel met witte kraag. Aroma van gras, citrus,kauwgom. Smaken zijn matig zoet, matig bitter, gras, droog, licht pepertje. Bottle at home. Pours hazy golden orange, nose is bretty, orange, taste is light citrus, dry, yeasty, a little thin.

Bottle at Stuu’s. Pours hazy pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of bread, sherbet from the yeast, lemsip. Taste is sherbet, light sour lemon. Chalky finish.

Bottle 250ml. @ home. [ As Oersoep En Garde Columbus (Saison) ].[ Trade by Benzai ]. Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate hoppy, citrus - grapefruit, moderate yeasty, horse blanket, barnyard, leather, grape, apple. Flavour is moderate sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, tart, apple, barnyard, grapes, citrus, dry, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150104]

Bottled from Drinks & Gifts, dated 20-01-2014, medium sample, served in an Oersoep tulip. Cloudy golden color, medium frothy slight off-white head with medium bubbles. Aroma of bubblegum, slight funk, slight grassy hop, bit citrus and grapefruit. Soft clean bitterness, bit dry, slight bubblegummy sweetness. Like an Orval with a bit of american hop. Love these kinds of beers!

Clear golden colour, white head. Floral aroma, pronounced flowers, honey, malts. Bitter hoppy flavour, straw. Finish straw and hops, quite crisp.

Bottle @ home shared with Martinus. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Aroma is quite chemical, weird. Can’t describe it really. Taste is quite fresh, citrussy, subtle hoppiness, slightly a touch of herbs. Easy drinkable, average to medium body and carbonation. Very refreshing, but the aroma is really chemical and weird.
