A reddish brown barley wine with a thin off white head. In aroma, a smooth sweet malt with smooth floral hops, not bad. In mouth, a nice crips malt, caramel malt, light British hops, maple notes, not bad. Bottle at St-Bock’s 5th Anniversary, Oct. 15 2011.
