Où, Quand, Comment : Dégustée sur place (printemps 2007).
Visuel : Couleur : dorée foncée. Apparence : claire.
Arôme : Houblon floral aux notes citriques et fruitées, léger d’épices.
Goût : Entrée de bouche : Légère amertume de houblon floral aux notes fruitées ainsi qu’avec des notes épicées. Un léger support de grains de malt avec quelques notes citriques sont également présents.
En bouche : Corps : moyen. Effervescence : moyenne. Texture : légèrement crémeuse. Finale : moyenne et aux notes asséchantes, légèrement amère de houblon herbeux avec quelques notes fruitées.

A cognac amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, a superb fragrant hops, resinous, over butterscotch malt, fruity notes. In mouth, a grainy biscuitty malt with herbaceous hops, a bit resinous, light veggie notes, a bit lighter than expected. On tap at Brouhaha, Nov. 4 2011.

From tap at La Succursale, 4%. Pours almost clear and golden orange with a small white and lacing head. Aroma is fruity and crisp hoppy. Bitter, light watery. Crisp hoppy. Mild citrusy to grapefruity. Ends bitter and fruity.
