Carnivale Brettanomyces 2016. Golden color. Bretty acidic aroma. Totally dry flavor, chloride, malt. Interesting.

Hazy golden color, white head. Aroma of peppery straw. Taste is crisp black pepper. OK.

Tap in front of de Bierkoning. Hazy golden with big off white head. Light citrus hops, soft caramel, light herbs and grass. Under medium bitter and light sweet. Under medium bodied.

7e Noordelijk SpeciaalBierfestival, Groningen, van tap, klein vaatje waarbij het tappen ingetogen was, gouden met gelige kraag. aroma van mout,hop, bitter, smaken zijn evenzo, redelijk bittertje maar in de basis wat dun, gras, zwakke body, iets droog, lang bittere afdronk..
