Can. Brown pour, small off white head. Aroma is nutty, with a slight wet paper, and metallic notes, and a harsh mineral note. Soft mouth feel, and carb. Finish is alot of harsh minerals, and wet paper with light toasted malts, and subtle nuts. Meh.

Can from our new local IGA. Pours a clean copper colour with a light beige head, average retention and some nice creamy lace. Sweet syrupy nose with sugars, maple syrup and molasses. I even get berry notes with time. The taste shows more the brown ale side, with the darker malts and not much sweetness. Flavours are mild, but make this a easy-drinkable brew.

A reddish copper ale with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, light nutty caramel malt with light grassy hops, OK. In mouth, a rather chalky caramel malt with metallic notes, grassy hops, unbalanced. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau hiver 2016.
