Pours a hazy copper-amber colour with fizzy dark-beige head that disappears quickly enough, leaving a little lace. Red apple aromas with almonds notes, banana and yeast. The taste is sweet, but not too syrupy. A little dryness in the finish from the mild hops. Fruits, caramel and light nuttiness. Hard to finish as a little too rich.

Le style est bien respecté et le produit bien fait. C’est assez mince mais l’impression en bouche et le goût sont excellents. Je préfère cette gamme de bières saisonnières à leurs régulières...
