Fruit-forward hops take this IPA to the tropics.
Beer Camp is the ultimate brewing experience. We invite beer fans into our brewery nearly every week to design their own beer and then we bring it to life. Each spring, we’ll feature one of our favorite collaborations from the previous year. This year’s selection features intensely aromatic hop varietals rich with the flavors of the tropics. We use Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado hops to create bright fruit-forward flavors of mango, papaya and bitter orange.

Hazy golden color, small head. Nice biscuity malt aroma, and resiny hops. Dry mouthfeel, some biscuity malt flavor, a lot of bitter character, some resins, not much tropical fruit, some bitter orange peel, and some pithy bitterness in the final.
Solid, very nice.

Bottle pour into shaker pint glass from Hannaford, Exeter NH. Aroma is tropical fruits, citrus, pine. Appearance is gorgeous clear golden brown with tremendous sparkle, foamy white finger-width head with nice sudsy lacing. Taste is bitter herbs, pine, sweet tropical fruit over biscuit malty backdrop. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with slippery texture, average to lively carbonation, dry pleasant bitter finish. Overall, a really nice IPA from start to finish with a unique twist. Perfect as a Spring seasonal.

355ml bottle into shaker. Hazy amber beer with tiny bubbles and firm white head. Medium carbonation. Spicy fruit nose, notes of pineapple and mango. Clean zingy mouthfeel, full-bodied. Bitter, fruity, quite dry finish. There’s caramel notes and nuttiness and aspirin and lots of fruit. It’s a great beer.

Golden, clear, very frothy white head
Aroma - Fresh strong hop aroma, tropical fruits, papaya, zest, light sweet pale malts, no booze, it’s all about the hops
Taste - Complex hop flavours, bitter zest, bitter orange, quite sweet light malt background, alcohol well hidden, lots of fresh hops
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, rather bitter hops tempered by sweet malt background, good texture. Finish as main flavour, bitter sweet tail
Overall - Fresh, good stuff

Keg at The Canalhouse, Nottingham, Saturday 9th April 2016 with dad. Pours clear gold with a white head. Clearly very tropical nose, not too assertive but very good nonetheless. Juicy fruits in the mouth l. Soft mouthfeel, tangy but very nice. Lovely beer. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av tropisk frukt som papaya och mango, citrus, humle, grapefrukt, gräs med toner av tall. Aningen oljig, fruktig och frisk, lagom sötma, fin beska, bra balans. Doftar dock mer än vad den smakar.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours clear golden with creamy white head. Aroma of orange marmalade, citrus and slightly floral. Quite fruity, hoppy flavor with floral notes, mango, lychee and light bready notes. Quite light and easy going with loads of tropical fruit flavor. Nice one.
