A ddep dark stout with a thick receding creamy brown head. In aroma, nice bitter chocolate, with light licorice notes. In mouth, a good sweet chocolate overlayed with light roasted coffee and light licorice, almost peaty, well done. On tap at brewpub, April 25 2011.
