on tap at the brewpub. Typical golden ale. Some light hops, solid grain build. not too bitter, refreshng, and satisfying.

On tap at Benelux, pours a clear golden / blonde with a small white head. Aroma is almost non-existent, just a bit of Belgian yeast and biscuity malt. Flavour is pretty bland, with Belgian yeast and cereal. Very easy drinking, but quite boring.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is yeasty, phenolic and light grassy. Bitter, herbal, grassy and slight hayish. Bitter and dry finish.

Dégustée en fût au brouepub. De couleur dorée et claire. Nez de grains de malt pâle aux faibles notes rôties ainsi que des notes de céréales et de caramel, moyennement fruité (agrumes) et léger de houblon herbeux (herbes mouillées). Moyenne-mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen-fort et une texture aux notes crémeuses. Goût légèrement fruité (agrumes) accompagné d’un goût de grains de malt pâle lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un léger goût de biscuits ainsi que des traces rôties et de caramel puis en finale l’on retrouve une moyenne amertume de houblon herbeux (herbes mouillées) avec quelques traces citriques. Post-goût moyen et un peu sec, moyen-léger amer de houblon herbeux avec un léger goût fruité (zest d’agrumes). (automne 2006)

A golden blonde with a thick creamy white head. A faintly hoppy aroma with lightl floral hopping. In mouth, a fresh crisp malt with czech hops, with herbal qualities, a bit astringent in finish. Medium bodied. On tap at the brewery, Dec. 8 2007.
