Bottle at De Paas. Clear pale golden with thin white ring head. Sweet apples, old appleskin, sour grapes, touch of oak wood and hay. Under medium sweet and soft sour note. 0.33l tap-off bottle. This one pours a crystal clear golden looking body with a small quickly islandy and mild bubbly white head going sidesticking. I like the aroma. It's not too sweet, still lots of red apples. A little clementine zest and something that reminds do me of kiwi wine. In a good way that is. Mild sweet and dry woody in the taste. It has a thin oily texture in the mouth and it's just about average on the carbonation. Sugary but still quite wood mouthdrying. Lemon in the finish. Yeah, drinkable indeed. 27.03.2016

Bottle at home thanks to James, 28/07/16. Pale golden with a white head that retains well for a cider. Nose is crisp apple, light wood, straw. Taste comprises apple pulp, straw, light smoke, Orchard wood. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Ok cidre.

330ml bottle. Amber gold colour, white foam head and earthy apple aroma. Flavour is mellow apple, sweetish, with some tartness, a note of vinegar, oak and light tannins. Light bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle at De Paas. Clear golden with no head. Soft apple, mineral, dried apple skins, light spices, light peach and apricot notes. Light sweet and sour. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Doesn’t seem that dry, but decent enough.
