Bottled, thanks hackobock! Pitch black with beige head. Pear, licorice and bourbon up front. Fairly sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Licorice, coffee, bourbon and some syrup. Warming honeyish finish. Mild, rich and heavy on bourbon.

Bottle. Black color small tan head. Has roasted malty woody whiskey aroma. Roasted malty woody bourbon vanilla chocolate flavor. Roasted malty woody bourbon vanilla chocolate finish.

22 oz. bottle, pours black with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out loads of bourbon and whiskey barrels, light smoke and more whiskey. Flavour is complex as hell, with elegant whiskey / bourbon, a touch of smoke, some heat, and a touch of cocoa. Amazingly complex, with no harshness at all. Fantastic.

Bomber shared by Marcus. Pours black with a tan smear/ring. Aroma of heavy, but refined bourbon. Full bodied. Flavor is alcohol, bourbon/vanilla, a modest amount of chocolate. The bourbon is almost dessert, and it’s extremely smooth.

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a dark brown with small beige head. The aroma is roasted malt, wood, chocolate. Medium mouthfeel with sweet roast, wood, vanilla, boozy. Very good.
