Orange golden. Short off-white head. Aroma of wild raspberries and flowers. Some hay. Fine taste, well balanced with over medium bitterness. Dry mouthfeel. High drinkability.

Bottle at Fastelavn Smagning 2014 @ J&C’s beer palace, Jutland Saturday Session 1 - 01/03/14. Hazed orange with a moderate off white covering. Nose is bitter orange, mandarin, lemon rind, straw, bread dough. Taste comprises straw, big orange notes, light spice, musty tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok saison, ticks the boxes if a little basic.

Bottle, at Nærbø Ølfestival 2013. An unclear, yellow-orange beer with a small white head leaving some lacings. Fruity aroma with a yeasty saison touch, some orange and pale malts. The flavor has a nice bitterness, with fruityness, some yeast and pale malts. A little orange touch too. Full-bodied and semi-dry on the palate, with a bitter and fruity finish with some saison yeast. A quite pleasant one. 131019
