330 ml bottle, from the brewery. ABV is 5.5%. Hazy straw colour, moderate white head. The aroma is fresh, spicy and lightly fruity. Light bodied and refreshing. Very dry, woody and spicy flavour, with a sharp bitterness in the finish. Smells better than it tastes, but not bad overall.

Sample at Kristiansand Ølfestival. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour is fruit, malt, hop, spices, yeast. Medium body. Pleasent saison.

330ml on tap at Parkteatret, nicely served in a tulip glass at the right drinking temperature. Cloudy apricot coloured body. Spotty lacing to the glassware. Orange fruity nose, semi dry. Fresh fruity taste of orange and peach added by a spicy touch. Bittersweet ending. Soft in the mouth. A little thin bodied, maybe. Good drinking outside in the autumn sun (Oslo 02.09.2013).

Small shortlasting head. Aroma is fruity, light malts, dried fruits, oranges, hay, hops, citrus peel. Taste is slightly dry and fruity, light malts, citrus peel, yeast, hay, heather, oranges. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice.

Sampled at Kristiansand Ølfestival. Unclear golden body with a medium sized white head. Aroma is mild fruity, spicy and yeast. Flavor is mild, pale malt, fruity and spicy. Medium body and moderate in aftertaste. A nice and refreshing Saison/Beer de garde with it’s typical slightly difficult to describe flavors. Like it a lot.

On tap at Grünerløkka mat- og mikrobryggfestival. Hazy yellow with a white head. Fruity aroma woth lots of banana, yeast, pale malt and hints of spices. Moderate sweet, very fruity and some sour notes and a nice bitterness in the finish. Easy to drink and very enjoyable.
