Can. Deep golden body. Huge, frothy white head. Aroma of banana, floral hops, toasted grain, citrus. Flavor is moderately sweet to start and lightly to moderately sweet with some light bitterness in the finish. Medium body, watery/sticky texture, lively carbonation. Heavier in body than it should be for a saison as well as sweeter than it should be, though the bitterness in the finish helps.

Really nice american take on a saison, has the body and boldness of the region, but is still dry and clean. River north denver

On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome), Colorado Tap Takeover. Dorata, abbastanza limpida, schiuma media persistente. Al naso sentori citrici e di lieviti, suola di scarpa, stalla. In bocca ha un attacco dolciastro con finale dal carattere leggermente vinoso. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Ben fatta, complimenti!

On tap at 4:20 in Rome-Italy at the Colorado Tap takeover event (perpetual thanks to Alex and Cris for making this possible). Hazy golden pour with a persistent white foam. Nose is quite funky, citric with hoppy soul. Mouth: easy, a bit sweet vinous, clean finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at the brewery - I really appreciate that they are going for a simple, sessionable saison here - sadly, for me, it falls flat - it certainly.looks nice - lively with a frothy head - the texture is soft and creamy - the flavor is a bit simple and kind of sweet - banana, cream of wheat, some pear esters and light spicy phenolics - sweet finish - meh.
