Capped 750 from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours very dark and ruddy with a huge foamy beige/tan head. Aroma of dark fruit, bourbon and roasty/toasty malt. Full bodied. Flavor is plummy; dark roasty malt; some heat. Even a touch of bubble gum at first impact. Left quickly that. Some hints of wood. Bourbon is firm, but low key. Not dry, but not sticky (close tho). Earthy, plummy quad. Most excellent!
