Bottled. Golden colour, with a minor white head. Aroma is sweet apples, some nutty tones, mild earth and some slight toffeeish sweetness too. Flavou ris sweet apples, some tart wooden tones with mild nutty and some yeasty tones. Very bodied and tasty for being only 3 % ABV.

Bottle shared at the cidershack Domaine Pouldroit, Piriac-sur-Mer. Courtesy of Maakun! Sweet apples, saucey, bright sweet red apples, some tangerine, nutty almondy tannins. Bottle bought at the farm shared with sjogro for ‘lunch’. Clear deep golden with soft red hue and no head. Tart apples, fresh sweet and tart apple juice, almonds, light flowers, very subtle fermentation notes, a touch of strawberries. Medium sweet, almost medium tart. Very light bitter. Nice crisp medium bodied with champagne style carbonation. Another fresh and crisp cider from this producer, lovely again.
