Draft. (10-8-15) Brown body with short, off-white head. Aroma of roasted malts, cherry, chocolate, light mustiness, oak. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter and lightly acidic. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet, lightly bitter and lightly to moderately acidic. Thin to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Tart, oakey finish mixed with some earthy funkiness.
