On tap at Marble, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is pretty neutral, seeming more like a fuzzy yellow lager, with straw and not much else. Flavour is similar, bringing out notes of straw and crisp biscuity malt. Clean and crisp but needs more hopping and grassiness and flavour in general. Okay.

Gold with a frothy, white head. Herbal, grassy aroma. Taste is peppery bitter. Medium-bodied. Clean, crisp feel and refreshing in its own way.

12 oz can poured. A lovely can it is. A clean and shiny golden pour. Plenty of rocky foam head. A nice aroma of soft grass and straw grains. Mellow, but inviting. Clean and crisp front. Hints of bready malts, straw, grassy hops, and crackers. Refreshing pils. A good amount of flavor going on for the style. Not boring. The can suggests pairing this with cheeseburgers, pizza, and river floats. Sounds like my happy place.

Sample from the tap at Ermanos. Pours a clear light straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has straw and hay with a touch of grass and light sweet grain underlying. Flavor has hay up front with growing straw and some lemongrass in the finish.

The 12oz can pours with a watery clear gold body that supports a short lived white head. The aroma offers up a pleasing mix of lime citrus bitter notes and then into faint earthy barn yard and floral hop notes. Behind those aromatics are a sweet mix of honey and orange flavored gummy bear. The taste is just on the rich and thick side for the style but steers clear of becoming heavy and sweet. The taste starts with a bite of citrus hops and modest bitter floral hops and then picks up sweet malts and a touch of sweet pilsner malts that carry a mild grainy maltiness. Nice hop forward Pils and stays out of the sweetness danger zone.
